I had problems with the room. The description mentioned a fridge and microwave, BUT THESE WERE not there. Screen mirroring did not work. Staff offered no help. They just said it sometimes fails. This WAS frustrating.

The bus stop was really close. I suppose that's convenient if you enjoy public transit.

Housekeeping apparently thought i was trying to pull a fast one and tossed all my belongings onto the floor (including my socks in the bin!). they even removed my belt. Still not sure what that was about. a simple apology doesn't quite cut it when i feel like i've been robbed.

The bus service to the airport and train station was really efficient. i also appreciated how close the bus stop was. It made travel so easy. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the food tasted good. i found the staff to be very friendly. They were helpful when i needed assistance.

the lack of a refrigerator in the room was an issue. i really missed having a place to keep drinks cold. i would have also liked coffee or tea in the room.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus stop it made traveling to and from the airport very easy the room was also quite clean which added to the comfort of my short stay i found the bed comfortable it provided good rest before my flight.

i noticed the absence of a coffee machine in the room.

Inconsistent Room Environment and Staff Issues

The beds were acceptably comfortable, and the hotel was easy to find.

The environment in the room was impossible to regulate. The control panel was digitally locked, and I COULD not change the temperature. Despite requesting assistance, the panel remained locked, and it switched off altogether during the night. The breakfast buffet included powdered scrambled eggs, quite unappetizing.
